Cook Through Cancer
Free online cookery classes with simple, nourishing recipes and expert advice to help you manage side effects and eat well during and beyond cancer.
Our award-winning classes are hosted by a professional chef and oncology specialist dietitian. We’re here to support people affected by cancer, including carers and loved ones.

Classes coming up
Each class is scheduled for 2 hours to ensure we have time to answer any questions you may have for our chefs and dietitians. On average, our sessions last 45–60 minutes.
Spaces are limited to 25 people per class, so hurry and register now – don’t miss out! Please also remember to cancel your registration if you can’t attend in case someone else would like to join in your place.

What does the class include?
Food voucher and support pack
Every household that attends our live classes will receive a £15 supermarket voucher to cover the cost of your ingredients. After the class, you will receive a link to our feedback and order form so you can claim your voucher.
We’ll also post a support pack to you, which contains further information about living with and beyond cancer, and includes one of our delicious recipe booklets.
New techniques, new flavours
During our classes, we’ll explore cooking techniques and flavour combinations that can help make food more palatable for people living with cancer and experiencing issues such as taste changes, appetite loss and nausea.
Our trained chef will show you how to cook simple, delicious dishes that have been specifically created for people affected by cancer.
You’ll also be supported throughout by our oncology specialist dietitian, who can answer any questions you may have about nutrition and how to adapt ingredients and recipes to suit your needs.
