WCRF International leads and unifies a network of cancer prevention charities based in Europe, the Americas and Asia, and is responsible for cancer prevention science, policy strategy and operational direction to the network members.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, reliable, organised and flexible Mailroom and Facilities Assistant to join the team at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK).

Reporting to the Office Manager, this person will have day-to-day responsibility for the mailroom, building operations, facilities and services. The person will also be required to support hosting meetings, conferences and events at our London office.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within facilities, a working knowledge of current health and safety regulations, and an eye for issues around the building. The successful candidate will also need to be effective at managing a busy and varied workload and be open to a variety of tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised, personable and flexible Office Administrator to join the team at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK).

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this person will be involved in coordinating diaries and travel, lunches and other business events, as well as other general office administration. In addition, this role includes occasionally dealing with personal tasks for senior executives. The person will also be required to help host meetings and events at our office.

This is a busy and varied administrative role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an office administration environment, and working independently as well as within a team. The successful candidate will need to be effective at managing a varied workload while being highly attentive to detail at all times.

The role of Research Interpretation Assistant is an exciting opportunity to be part of our unique Continuous Update Project, an evidence-based global resource advancing knowledge about preventable cancers to research and policy communities, and the general public, around the world.

The successful candidate will provide administration support for the Research Interpretation team within the Science and Research Division. Reporting to the Head of Science Research Interpretation team and working alongside the Science Research Interpretation team, you will be responsible for general administration, organisation, and proofreading of work.

The successful candidate will be a science graduate with experience of carrying out general administrative duties and will be able to manage conflicting priorities, with the ability to work flexibly within a small team. In addition, he/she will be a proactive individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
